Matt Cater is an independent, Los Angeles-based Art Director and multidisciplinary Graphic Designer with 20 years global brand experience. 

 

Cater has built a career on strong brand intuition and a culture-first approach to creative initiatives, blending his abilities in art direction, branding, photography, graphic design, storytelling and moving teams at scale, with his passion for building brands that transport customers and empower creative expression.

 

When he’s not traveling for work or pleasure, Cater can typically be found in his art studio with his collection of artifacts, memorabilia, art experiments and four-footed studio mate, Baja Bill.
